Please note that color appears differently on every computer monitor. For this reason, colors may slightly vary on digital items received and printed items received. The glitter elements and metallic elements in our designs are digital and not actual foil, glitter or metallic ink. They are flat-printed and no textures or metallic ink is actually applied.

The delivery time includes the production time and shipping time.

Production Time:
The production time of printed backdrops is about 1-2 days for sizes 3x5 FT, 5x6.5 FT, and 5x7 FT, and about 3-6 days for other big sizes.

Shipping Time:
We usually ship orders via DHL, TNT, CNE, UPS, FedEx

For most countries in North America and Europe, the expedited shipping time is about 3-6 business days; the standard shipping time is about 7-15 business days.

For countries in South America and Africa, the expedited shipping time is about 5-8 business days; the standard shipping time is about 10-18 business days.

Some remote areas will cost more time. There will be a 1-3 days difference of arrival time when shipping to the same country but different address. Our delivery time is an estimated arrival time which is not guaranteed. If you don't receive your package for a long time, please contact us, we will help you to solve the problem.

Regarding taxation:
We choose tax-included express in European countries, so you don't usually have to pay it. The tariffs in Canada, Mexico, India, and Brazil are usual, and specific tariffs are regulated by the price of goods. We will try to ensure the interests of our customers.
