The delivery time includes the production time and shipping time.
The production time of printed backdrops is about 1-2 days for sizes 3x5 FT, 5x6.5 FT, and 5x7 FT, and about 3-6 days for other big sizes.
2.SHIPPING TIME:
We usually ship orders via DHL, TNT, CNE, UPS, FedEx.
3.RETURN AND RETURN FEE:
（1）If we send the wrong item,please contact us and we will send you a new one.
（2）If your item arrives with production defects or flaws, there is no need to return it. We can arrange a replacement (A new one of the same kind).
（3）We can not return or replace your order because you ordered a wrong backdrop (wrong size, wrong backdrop, or not our mistake) by yourself. (Thank you for your understanding）

1.Due to the shipping time and distance,it is normal to have slight fold marks. And due to the material characteristics, the fluff will have small scratches, which is normal, you only need to clean or iron it. If you can't solve it, please contact us.
